JOB TITLE:– Customer Service and Accounts Advisor
RESPONSIBLE TO:– Branch Supervisor
LOCATION:– Stockton (some travel to community venues or other branches may be necessary)
HOURS:– 19 & 1/2 hours per week, Monday to Friday (during office opening hours). Usually over 3 days but flexibility necessary to cover staff holidays, sickness etc.
SALARY:– £8.32 per hour
KEY JOB PURPOSE:–
Delivery of excellent financial and customer services to the members and potential customers of South Tees Bank – part of Moneywise Credit Union.
Supporting the delivery of key business objectives including business growth by proactively promoting products and services offered by our business.
To provide effective and efficient administrative and reception duties including Teller activities and to create and maintain accurate customer accounts.
To undertake initial credit control and debt recovery processes.
To fully utilise ICT systems and processes to enhance and streamline our customers’ experience.
